Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2019 and has since overseen more than $600,000,000 in sales. Serving as a dedicated sales associate, Kaitlin specializes in the real estate markets of Fairfax and San Anselmo. A native of San Anselmo, she attended the Ross Valley School District and currently resides in Fairfax with her husband and newlyborn son. Kaitlin earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in project management from California State University, Chico.

Beginning her career in commercial real estate in 2015, Kaitlin garnered valuable experience in investor relations and project development while employed with a reputable commercial real estate firm. Her venture into homeownership in 2020 has ignited a passion for assisting first-time home buyers and sellers. Kaitlin is distinguished for delivering an exceptionally high-touch level of service, grounded in a methodical and detail-oriented approach. Her tenacity, relatability, and unwavering integrity are complemented by an extensive three decades of Marin County expertise.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kaitlin finds joy in exploring the diverse outdoor trails surrounding Fairfax and San Anselmo. Additionally, she relishes discovering the scenic beauty of the Bay Area alongside her family, including her son, husband, and cherished dogs.
