Carey Hagglund Condy was born and raised in the Bay Area. She earned her BA in political economy at UC Berkeley. Carey has lived in Marin since 1989. She began her real estate career in 2001 and has been consistently ranked among the top agents in Marin County since she joined Pacific Union International (now Compass) in 2010. Carey has sold a half a billion dollars in real estate since 2013. Carey has been the #1 highest grossing agent in Kentfield since 2011.

Carey lives in Kentfield where she raised her three daughters who attended Bacich Elementary School, Kent Middle School and Redwood High School. Carey is an active member of the community. She is a Charter Member of 100Marin. Her past community involvement includes; serving on the Marin General Hospital Foundation Board, President of Ross Valley Women's League and serving on the Executive Board of the Kentfield Schools Foundation. She is currently on the Bay Area Board of Directors of Summer Search. Carey thoroughly enjoys all that Marin County has to offer.
When Carey isn't selling real estate, she loves spending time with her daughters, hiking and biking on Mount Tamalpais, playing golf, enjoying yoga, and frequenting Marin’s wonderful farmers markets, restaurants and live music scene.

Born and raised in Marin County, California in the San Francisco Bay Area, Heather attended Ross School and Redwood High School. After graduation, Heather pursued her passion for sports and swam competitively for University of Colorado in Boulder. At CU, Heather was the President of her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta and graduated with a double degree in Political Science and International Business with honors. During her college years, Heather lived abroad in Italy, attending Syracuse University in Florence. After college, Heather attended Harvard Business School, where she studied Real Estate Investment and Development.
Heather has a visceral appreciation for her career in real estate and treats her clients’ listings and purchases like her own. She is committed to providing an exceptional experience and translates her enthusiasm by thoughtfully and creatively structuring deals. She is known for her high-energy, positive attitude and pragmatic approach.
When she isn’t selling luxury real estate in Marin and San Francisco, Heather loves traveling, hiking, biking, open water swimming, skiing and running marathons to raise money for her favorite charities. She resides in her beloved North Beach neighborhood in San Francisco with her opinionated Morkie puppy, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Heather speaks English, Italian and conversational German.
Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert

Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert was born and raised in the Bay Area. Having grown up in San Anselmo she attended Ross Valley School District and finished her schooling by attending Drake High school before heading off to college. While in school Kaitlin earned her BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in project management from California State University, Chico. During her college years, Kaitlin took on an executive board role in the Project Management Group in the College of Business and spent her last semester living abroad in Torino, Italy.
Kaitlin began her career in commercial Real Estate in 2015 working for a commercial real estate firm where she handled investor relations and worked on development projects. She has a passion for working with people to help them get to where they want to be. Kaitlin loves spending time traveling, trying new recipes, exploring the beauty of the Bay Area with her beloved Labradors, and planning any and all types of events.
Michele Rocksberg is a Marin County native that began her real estate career in 2001 working as a Licensed Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. She has processed over 2,000 real estate transactions over the course of her career. She has a wealth of knowledge about real estate contracts and disclosure documents. She continuously keeps up with all of the changes that occur with the disclosure laws as well as the other changes that occur in the real estate industry. She is detail-oriented and has a very strong technical background. Michele is extremely committed to her work and is dedicated to making every real estate transaction a success.
